        Hard to put on

        I was really disappointed with this eyeliner, it’s the first time I purchase this eyeliner and since I really like the mascara, I thought the eyeliner would be just as good. But no luck on this one. The eyeliner is hard to put on , it doesn’t glide at all. It’s very hard to put on. I will not be purchasing this anymore.

        I should have returned this. It was so dry and brittle it literally breaks off every time I have tried to use it.
