Steps to Apply Lip Liner

1. Overline the Center

2. Soften the Lines

To soften the lip liner lines, flip the pencil around and use the brush side, blending towards the center of your lips, where your lips meet. This will help create a seamless transition between your natural lip line and the overlined center.

3. Line the Sides and Corners

Continue lining the sides and corners of your lips, keeping it tight to the natural lip line. This precise application will enhance the pouty effect. To further contour your lips, fill in the corners with the lip liner. This shading technique will add dimension and shape to your lips.
