Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

All packages are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx or USPS in the US and DHL outside the US. A signature is not required upon delivery. All orders will ship out from our US warehouse.  

Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and postal/zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • We do not ship to Freight Forwarders
  • We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in one order

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Costs are calculated at the time of checkout and dependent on speed and final address of destination. 

For domestic/US orders: 

  • Basic (3 to 10 business days)  
  • Express (2 to 5 business days) 

For international orders: 

  • Economy International (6 to 12 business days) 
  • Express International (1 to 5 business days) 

Some shipping methods may be unavailable in checkout due to shipping restrictions on the items in your bag or your selected shipping address. 

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Express orders are processed the same day if the order is received prior to 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Please note, observed holidays closures may also apply. 

Packages shipping to United States Territories and all Military and Diplomatic addresses (may take up to 21 days) must be shipped via our Standard Shipping method via our US website, buxomcosmetics.com.  

BUXOM’s order process is automated to distribute products quickly and efficiently. We apologize, but once your order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled.   

RETURNS

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products from buxomcosmetics.com that do not meet your expectations, you may return your gently used products within 30 days of receipt. International returns are refunded less a $20 USD return fee. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell BUXOM. 

When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund.  

Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus appropriate tax, excluding shipping costs. All eGift card refunds will be processed to a new eGift card that will be sent to the customer’s original email. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds. You will receive a Return Confirmation Email once your refund has been processed.

Get your refund quickly with Reshop

Rather than waiting day or weeks for your refund after you make a return, you can get your money back quickly with Reshop. After submitting your return, you'll finish getting your money in the Reshop app right away. Simply select Reshop when making a return!

PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased on buxomcosmetics.com will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return.

 

BUY WITH PRIME RETURNS

If you selected ‘Buy With Prime’ to complete your purchase, please follow the below instructions to initiate a return or select:  

Step 1: Open the order confirmation email and choose View Order.

Step 2: Choose Order Details to see the order details page.

Step 3: Choose Return on the order details page.

Note: The Return button appears only after the order is delivered.

Step 4: Enter any additional information about the return, such as the reason for the return.

Step 5: Confirm the estimated refund amount and summary of the return details to create the return.

When the return has been created, a return confirmation email is sent.

Step 6: From the return confirmation email, choose Print Return Label, and then attach the printed label to the package.

Step 7: Drop the return off at the location listed on the return label.
