        I’ve been using Buxom Celeste plumping lip gloss since it first came out in 2006. It has been my special favorite that makes any lip combo extra special.         I cannot live without this. Goes on great over any shade of lipstick and leaves perfect stay put shine and shimmer. Always kissy ready, not icky sticky. My man says it's a bit stingy, but think he kinda likes it.
