        not plumping but i love the color

        (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) i personally love this just as a regular lipstick, it's a teeny bit tingly at first but faded very quickly, i also don't notice my lips look any fuller but they may just be me. the color is gorgeous and creamy, love it
